The 2nd International Conference on Business and Policy Studies (CONF-BPS 2023) is an annual conference focusing on applied economics, enterprise management, and policy studies. It aims at bringing together intellectuals from relevant fields for academic exchange. This conference serves as an international platform for researchers to present the latest research progress. Participants will be able to share their breakthroughs and spark inspiration in the study of business and policy studies.
To break the barriers of time and space and to provide seamless communication opportunities for worldwide scholars, CONF-BPS 2023 will be organized distributedly with dispersed venues. Transnational academic workshops are the co-organisers of CONF-BPS 2023 and are held at King's College London (London, UK), Cardiff University (Cardiff, UK), and UNSW Business School (Sydney, Australia). Besides these workshops, CONF-BPS 2023 also holds an online session and welcomes participants from all countries and regions.
CONF-BPS welcomes submissions and presentations on related topics including finance, accounting, public administration, and business ethics. We hope to promote academic communication and collaboration among participants worldwide, which is believed to be able to further the development of research in the fields covered. It is a great opportunity and will be of interest to researchers, academics, professionals, and students.
Thanks to the efforts and contributions of all sides, CONF-BPS 2023 has completed the processing of manuscript submissions. We have received plenty of high-quality papers from authors worldwide. After several rounds of peer review, three papers have been selected as the best of CONF-BPS 2023:
Impact of Economic Policy Uncertainty on Financing Constraints --- Based on A-share listed firms in heavy pollution industries by Yuyun Cui, Yuxin Guo, Zhiqian Jiang
Tripartite Evolutionary Game Analysis of Green Financing for SMEs: A Case Study of China by Tong Niu
County-level Partisan Voting Shares in the US Presidential Elections: An IV Analysis by Yifan Gong
It is a real pleasure to receive and publish so many excellent works in the conference proceedings. We are looking forward to more fine pieces submitted to future sessions.
The submission will first be reviewed for its topic and length, then go through an originality check. The peer-review process will begin soon after the paper is found to be qualified. The paper will be sent to have a double-blind peer review by 2 reviewers. They will judge the paper based on the theme, coverage, innovation, integrity, depth, and language. If the paper is accepted, notification of acceptance and review comments will be sent to the author via email. The actual review time may be different under certain situations.
